Kathryn Tyree Bowerman, 87, passed away on September 26, 2024, at Medical City Fort Worth Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born on June 19, 1937, in Royse City, Texas to Pearl Tyree. Katie grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. She attended Trimble Tech High School. Katie married Bill Bowerman in 1955 in Weatherford, Texas. They were married for 55 years until Bill’s death in 2010.
