Kathleen Norman Paul, beloved wife and mother, passed away peacefully at her home in Bellaire, TX on Wednesday, September 25th, 2024. Kathleen was born in Glendale, California on April 22, 1961, the youngest child of Charles A. and Bettye V. Norman, who both preceded her in death.
