Kaley Bilyeu, 18, of Pampa, passed away on September 20, 2024, in Pampa where she was greeted by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and her beloved Papa Rickey Brown. A celebration of life for Kaley will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at Central Baptist Church with Pastor Jeremy Buck of Redeemer Church, officiating.
