Judy Ann Hughes passed away peacefully on February 3, 2024. Judy was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. Her kind heart and art of conversation will be missed by all who knew her. Judy was born in Sacramento, CA on July 29, 1941. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education at California State University, Sacramento with an emphasis of Special Education in 1964.
