Obituary In Loving Memory of Joyce Marie Waters January 20th, 1936 – August 11th, 2024 Joyce was born in Dallas, Texas the daughter of Harry and Aylene Rincker. Joyce married James H. Waters on October 21st, 1952. They were married for 53 years before the lord called James home. Joyce worked for over 60 years as a Certified Public Accountant as the owner of Accurate Tax Services.
