Obituary Joan Rowe of Sherman, TX passed away peacefully Friday, September 27, 2024, at the age of 94. Joan was born in Cleveland, Ohio to Reginald and Thelma Pietri Overman on July 10, 1930. She moved to Sherman with her parents when she was 17 years old. She later married Bill Bradshaw in 1948, and raised their two children, Billy and Brenda. After her husband’s death she later married Burl Rowe and moved to Texarkana, Arkansas. She enjoyed her career with May Pharmacy where she worked as a …
