CMSGT (retired) Jay Kenneth Perry passed away peacefully surrounded by his five daughters on Thursday, April 25, 2024 in Magnolia, DE. He was born December 22, 1933 to the late Margaret and Reverend Leroy Perry in Pennsylvania. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 54 years, Phyllis (Finkey) Perry, 3 brothers and sister, all from Pennsylvania.
