James Cleon Marley was born October 31, 1929 to Walter Ray Tillotson Marley and Alice Baker in Oxford Idaho. He married Naoma Andersen on April 16th, 1955, and was later sealed to her in the Salt Lake Temple. He attended West Side High and Pocatello High Schools. There he participated in all the athletic programs, and especially enjoyed boxing. He also had a fond appreciation for and talent in music. He enjoyed singing and yodeling, yes, yodeling!
