Ida Jean Mantey, 88, of Somerville, Tx passed away on September 25, 2024 at her home. Ida Jean was born in Independence, Texas on September 3, 1936 to Fritz and Louise (Schnieder) Moehlmann. Ida Jean was married to the love of her life, Herbert Mantey on November 27, 1955 at the First Lutheran Church in Somerville, Texas. They were blessed with four sons and one daughter along with many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved her role as a housewife, mother and grandmother. She was a me…
