Howard Andrew Russell, age 77 of Loudon, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 4, 2024. He was member and deacon of Jackson Chapel Baptist Church. Howard was preceded in death by his parents, Jess and Susie Russell; father and mother-in-law, Walter and Thressie Kirkland; brother-in-law, Bobby Dotson; and nephew, Justin Dotson.
