George Parker, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2024, at the age of 84. A Korean War veteran, poet, nature lover, and avid storyteller, George lived a full and remarkable life, always surrounded by the people and passions that brought him joy. George bravely answered the call to serve his country and enlisted in the United States Army, where he proudly served during the Korean War. His time in the service shaped him in many ways, instill…
