May 10, 2024 a special spirit left this earth. Francesca Dee Spencer Hopson passed away unexpectedly and peacefully in her Woods Cross home with her husband and son at her side. She was born October 18, 1965 in Bremerton, Washington. Her parents, Blaine Earl and Betty Spencer, and three-year-old brother Brian adored her from the moment they saw her perfectly round bald head.
