Charles “Chuck” Levie Keltch, age 62 of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024, in Dayton. He was born in Dayton on October 31, 1961, the son of Charles L. Keltch, Sr. and the late Juanita Marie (Edmondson) Keltch. He was also preceded in death by his grandmother, Virginia (Maw) Keltch. He graduated from Rhea County High School, and was a Boilermakers Local 454 Retiree. Chuck enjoyed hunting and fishing. Chuck is survived by his wife, Sherry L.
