Charles Thomas Parsons Obituary Charles (Tom) Parsons, 76 years old of Glen Burnie, MD passed away on May 5, 2024 of natural causes. Tom was born on July 18, 1947 to Robert and Freddie Parsons in Severn, MD. After Tom graduated from high school he enlisted into the military where he served in the Army and Vietnam.
