It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Betty E. Allen Ramsey, who left us on April 24, 2024, in North Ogden, Utah. Betty was born on March 3, 1927, in Vinita, Oklahoma, to Clifton G. Allen and Beulah E. Deitrick. Together with her husband Wally E. Ramsey, whom she married on February 11, 1983, in Elko, Nevada, Betty tended to farm animals on their property. They raised chickens, sheep, horses, and cows while selling fresh eggs and garden vegetables. Betty’s resourcefulness knew n…
