In loving memory of Ann Palermo Bairnsfather, a kind-hearted and loving mother and grandmother, who touched the lives of all who knew her. Ann passed away peacefully in her home on April 11, 2024 surrounded by her family. She leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion that will be cherished forever. Ann was born on October 18, 1940 in New Orleans, LA. She dedicated many years of her life to her work at the Panama Canal Commission until her retirement. After retirement, she returned to work as…
