Adelfa was born to parents Venselado Arispe Sr. and Enoelia Gonzalez Arispe in San Angelo, Texas on October 5, 1959. Adelfa was a loving mother and grandmother to all of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed passing the days by spending time with her family.
