Teresa Louise Heflin, 69 of Marshall, VA passed away on Nov. 6, 2023 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital.
She was born on Sept. 19, 1954 in Falls Church, VA a daughter of the late Joseph Webre and Martha Williams Webre.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Bruce Heflin; her children, Cynthia Balacco, Teresa Lynn Heflin (Jason Mullins) and Bruce Douglas Heflin, Jr. (Samantha Butler); her siblings, Maria Ward, Christopher and Timothy Webre; her grandchildren, Rayven Balacco, Anthony Balacco and Kaylee Heflin and one of the way- Levi Heflin.
The family will receive friends on Monday, Nov. 27, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Moser Funeral Home, Warrenton.
Memorial contributions may be made to Moser Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
