View Tribute Book Yechezkel “Chuck” Biskin, a proud veteran of the United States Navy, passed away on November 26, 2022 from stage 4 cancer. The son of Thomas McDonagh and Suzanne Biskin, Chuck grew up in Bricktown, NJ. He was born June 27,1980 and attended Ashford University where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Business Information Systems. At the age of 18 years old, Chuck enlisted in the United States Navy. He valued this service highly and attained the rank of E5. As part of this service, he was awarded two Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medals, Flag letter of Commendation, two Sea Service Deployment Ribbons, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and Second Good Conduct Medal. Chuck is survived by his wife Jennifer Biskin; Father Thomas (Ronda) McDonagh; Brother Dennis (Jenene) McDonagh; Step-Siblings Scott (Abigail) DaRoja, and Ryan DaRoja; Nephews Ethan, Brayden, and Asher; Niece Rozlyn; and a host of other family and friends. His loved ones will remember how much he loved his family, his sense of humor, his strength, and determination. A service honoring the life of Chuck Biskin will be held Thursday, December 1, 2022 at the East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery (on John Sevier Highway in Knoxville, TN) at 2pm.
