Willie Eugene Hills entered peacefully into eternal rest at West Jefferson Medical Center on Sunday, December 4, 2022, at the age of 68. He was a native of McComb, MS and a resident of Harvey, LA. Willie was educated in the Jefferson Parish Public School System. He was employed as a machine operator for over 27 years with Tuboscope Coating Plant following Hydrill until he became ill. Beloved husband of Cathy A. Hills. Devoted father of Willie Eugene Hills, Jr., Dionne Patrice Hills, Vincent Dillon, Sr., Kevin Dillon, Sr., and Theresa Lynn (Troy) Smith. Grandfather of Da’shone D. (Dalisa) Kelly, Sr., Kevin Dilworth, Devin Dilworth, Vincent Dillion, Jr., Arthur Coleman, Tray Davis, Corey Coleman, MA Kinley Jackson, Tyranicka (Jamar) Brown, Sade (Glenn) Cadres, and Jasmin Dillion. Son of the late Levi and Dorothy Garner Hills. Brother of Louis (Vernita) Hills, Victor (Shelia) Hills, Sr., Daryl (the late Olicier) Hills, Nelson Selico, Tommye Rae Hills- Swat, Linda Hall, and Carol Hills- Keller. Godfather of Michelle Williams, and Larrilyn Johnson. Brother-in-law of Pastor Tre niece Dunns and Lori Thompson. Llifelong friend of Melvin Willis, also survived by 11 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends of the are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary Service 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, LA on Friday, December 16, 2022, at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. at the above-named parlor.
