Obituary William “Bill” Staton, 68, passed away on December 21, 2022, at Ambassador Healthcare. He was born on March 15, 1954, in Middletown, Ohio to Alvin Staton and Adalene Staton Klein. Bill was a Sales Consultant at various dealerships until he retired in 2016. He loved his Bengals, New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox’. He also loved music. He is survived by his wife of 48 years: Shelley (Kinder) Staton; children: Shawn (Jenny) and Matthew (Ayren); grandchildren: Ally, Emma, Macy and Cole; brother and sister-in-law’s: Arthur and Carole (Kinder) Schreiber, Tom Kinder, Betsy Scattergood and Susan (Kinder) Finnan; nephews; nieces; and numerous friends. The family wishes to give special thanks to Reid Cancer Center and Ambassador Healthcare. Per Bill’s wishes, there will be no public services. Community Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
