Obituary Willard R. Rollins, 82, of Lenoir City, finished his work on earth and went to his eternal home on Saturday, November 26th, 2022. He was a faithful member and deacon at First Baptist Church of Lenoir City. Willard spent his working years as a builder and vice president of Lenoir Builders, being known for his detail and honesty. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, and cheering on the Vols. He always had a story and a smile. Willard deeply loved the Lord and his family. He used his knowledge and expertise to help churches and people in need. He is preceded in death by his parents James W. and Reba Peterson Rollins and brother Wayne C. Rollins. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Josie Yates Rollins; son, Jim Rollins; daughter, Angie Scott and husband, Al; two grandchildren, Alex Scott and Sierra Moore; three great-grandchildren, Clayton, Luna, and Masson; siblings, Barbara Shramawick, Jean Giles, Ronnie Rollins, Nolen Rollins, and Kay Frank. The family will receive friends at First Baptist Church of Lenoir City from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29th. Funeral services will follow at 7 p.m. with Dr. Dick Demerchant and Rev. Nolen Rollins officiating. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home by 12:30 on Wednesday and proceed to Loudon County Memorial Gardens for 1 p.m. graveside services with Rev.
