Obituary Shirley Joan Oeser, 88 of Baxter, died Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Heritage Pointe Senior Living of Cookeville. Her wishes of cremation and no service is being honored. She was born July 23, 1934 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to the late Dave and Mabel Tenney Brown. She retired as a clerk with the City of Cupertino in California. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Oeser. After moving to Baxter with her family, she attended Stevens Street Baptist Church until her health declined. Survivors include daughter Rebecca Trineloni of Browns Valley, California, sons Russell (Debbie) Oeser of Baxter, Douglas Oeser of Wheatland, California, brother John Clinton of Everett, Washington, grandchildren: Joshua Trineloni, Amber Huber, Dawna Mathewson, Katrina Divine and Jamie Neilson, great-grandchildren: Jessie Divine, Lukas Divine, Bennett Divine, Kurtis Neilson, David Neilson, Kensi Trineloni, Cooper Trineloni, Kaylen Huber, Emyliana Huber, Liam Huber, Niall Huber, Darian Mathewson and Jareth Mathewson.
