Mrs. Sandra Ann (Hatfield) Conklin of Barryville, NY died Sunday, October 30, 2022 at Garnet Health Medical Center Catskill. She was 61. She was born September 25, 1961 in Albany, NY the daughter of the late Lee Hatfield and Genevieve Hatfield. Sandra was married to the love of her life, Andrew Conklin, at Tatiana’s Italian Restaurant in Albany, NY on September 24, 2005. A family statement read: Sandra loved to share her interest in nature with others through her videos on YouTube. Sandra and Andrew loved to be together. They enjoyed multiple cruises to the Caribbean and vacations together. Sandra adored her cats; Sky and Thomas. She was a kind and loving person and she will always live on in our hearts. Surviving are: Sandra’s husband: Andrew Conklin, mother: Genevieve Casler and step-dad Robert, son: Andres “Andy” Ortiz, step-daughter: Dalena Hall, sister: Colleen Bailey and her husband Steve, and brother: Lee Hatfield, Jr. Sandra is predeceased by her Tabby cat Thomas. There will be no visitation. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Cremation was held at MacLennan Hall Crematorium, Milford, PA.
