Ronald R. Warner Sr., age 65, of Johnstown, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 19, 2022, with his sons Ron Jr., and Phillip by his side. Born on July 12, 1957, in Gloversville, NY, he was the son of the late Donald Sr. and Florence (VanAernam) Warner. Ron was employed at Perrone Aerospace as a leather finisher and color matcher. He was a past Great Sachem of the Redmens Club, and a former Scout Master of troop 112 Johnstown. In his spare time, he enjoyed car racing, hunting, fishing, and riding his Harley. Most importantly, he absolutely loved to spend time with his family. He is survived by his children, Jennifer Pessolano (Brian), Jessica Dicaterino (Kris), Ronda McSpirit (Charles), Phillip Warner (Ashley), Ronald Warner Jr. (Krista), Kevin Edwards (Ashley); brothers, Richard Warner, Roger Warner (Christine), Russell Warner (Darlene); sisters, Shirley Lang, Sharon Carpenter; grandchildren, Colin, Ashlynn, Krystal, Austin, Anthony, Dominic, Schuyler, Kaison, Creo, Conlee, Harper, Willow,Gracie; great grandchild, Colton; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, Ron is predeceased by his brothers, Donald Warner, Roy Warner, and Robert P. Warner. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, December 26, 2022, from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM at the A.G. Cole Funeral Home Inc., 215 E. Main Street, Johnstown, NY.
