Roger C. Mullin 02/02/1955 – 11/04/2022 Our beloved Roger – soulmate, father and friend was taken to heaven early Nov. 4. Roger Clark Mullin was born on Groundhogs Day, 1955 in Hardin, MT. After graduation from Colstrip High School in 1973, he enlisted in the Army and served two years in Germany. He married Carrie and worked at the coal mine in Colstrip, MT operating heavy equipment. Roger and Carrie had two children, Jeremy Dean (JD) and Pamela Marie. In 2001 he married his soulmate, Leslie, and welcomed and loved her two children, Seth and Jesse Jens. They enjoyed 13 years together in Colstrip and then moved to Columbus in 2014 when Roger retired after working 40 years. Roger enjoyed his Harley, camping, playing chess, mechanicing, and many home projects. But he especially loved fishing with his children and best friend Pete. Roger was a kind and gentle “big guy” who was always happy to help others, even perfect strangers. He was proud to be a veteran. His family and friends will deeply miss him but are comforted to know he is at peace with our Lord. Those passing before him were his parents, Jim and Janet Mullin along with his in-laws, Les and Renae Kercher. Survivors are his wife, children JD (Brady) Mullin, Pam (BJ) Cooper, Seth (Kitty) Jens and Jesse Jens, brother Jim (LaVonne) Mullin, step-mother Janet Mullin 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. We wish to extend our gratitude to the Billings VA and Stillwater Hospice. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to St. James Lutheran Church, Project Hope or to a charity of choice.
