Robert Lee Haven, 84, of Enfield, CT and Port LaBelle, Fla., beloved husband of Nancy (Sherwin) Haven, passed away on Sunday, November 13, 2022 in the comfort of his home surrounded by family. Born in Springfield, VT on December 19, 1937, he was the son of the late Frank G. and Eva (Beebe) Haven and grew up in Vermont. He moved to Hingham, MA and attended Wentworth Institute. Bob moved to Enfield and graduated from the University of Hartford with a degree in mechanical engineering. He worked for The Stanley Works and went on to own and operate KHC Industries. Bob loved boating as well as tinkering and fixing things. A loving husband, devoted father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother, he will be missed by many family and friends. Besides his wife of 64 years, he leaves his son Craig Haven and his wife Kathy of Bethlehem, CT; his granddaughter Jessica Leigh Haven and great-grandsons, Kevin and Kaleb Haven of Bethlehem; his sister Valley Woodbury, of Springfield, VT and niece Michele and nephew Scott Woodbury. Special acknowledgement to Erin and Amanda of Trinity Health of New England Hospice for the exceptional care and comfort given to Bob.
