Richard “Dick” Shelby Schutt, 88, died November 13, 2022 at the Goshen Care Center. A full obituary will be coming soon. Services will be held at a future date and cremation has taken place. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to either the SonRise Church or the Goshen Care Center, in Dick’s name. Dick was born July 25, 1934 in Torrington, Wyoming.
