A funeral procession will form at the funeral home on Saturday at 9:00 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10:00 AM at Saint Joseph’s Church. Burial will follow at Hurley Cemetery. Regina “Jean” Davis died on Monday December 12, 2022 at her home. She was the daughter of Peter and Margaret (Duffy) Camp and was born in Kingston on March 5, 1924. Jean was a graduate of the Academy of St. Ursula and Ulster County Community College. She was employed as an Registered Nurse at Kingston Hospital until her retirement in 1984. After retiring she served as a member and officer of the Auxiliary of the Kingston Hospital and as a long time volunteer at the hospital. She was a communicant of Saint Joseph’s Church. Survivors include her son Michael Davis of Kingston, daughter-in-law Lydia Davis of Montebella, CA, daughter-in-law Gail Davis of Hurley, N.Y. and daughter Kathi Schatzel and her husband Don of Arcadia, CA. Brother Peter Camp of Hurley. Five grandchildren, two nieces and two nephews also survive. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Ray “Rusty” Davis on June 18, 1995, sister Margaret “Peggy” Cashin in 1978, and a son Gary Davis in 2014, sister-in-law Patricia Camp in 2015.
