View Tribute Book Reba Loretta Winkler, 91, of Cameron died Thursday, November 24, 2022 in a Cameron nursing and rehab facility. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Friday, December 2, 2022 at St. Monica’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the St. Monica Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, December 1, 2022 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm with a rosary being recited at 7:00 pm at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home. Mrs. Winkler, a homemaker, was born July 26, 1931 in Emory, Texas to John H. and Mineola (Bridges) Carter. She married William Eugene Winkler on July 25, 1953 and he preceded her in death in 2004. She was a member of St. Monica Catholic Church. She was also preceded in death by a brother, a sister and 2 half-sisters. She is survived by: Son Johnny Winkler and wife Kathy of Cameron Daughters Dorothy Holman and husband John of Cleburne Barbara Whatley and husband Robert of Livingston Theresa Chasteen and husband Billy of Crandall 6 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Reba, please visit our Tree Store.
