Few passed away November 29, 2022 in Niagara Hospice House. Born August 19, 1941 in Lockport she was the daughter of Alma (Alvord) Meiklejohn and the late James Meiklejohn. Patricia earned her bachelor’s degree from SUNY Fredonia and graduated from Buffalo State College with her masters degree in education. She taught at the Lockport City School District for over 30 years. Patricia was a member of the Lockport Women’s College Club, AFS, and an active member of the Christ Episcopal Church where she was in the church choir, the bell choir, and served as administrator of the church school. In her free time and after retiring she enjoyed quilting and traveling. She was predeceased by her father and her husband Gary Few in 2019. Besides her mother Patricia is also survived by her children Kevin (Cindy) Few, James (Renee) Few, and Melissa (Jean-Claude) Bernaer; grandchildren Brittany Few, Kyle (Kailey) Few, Megan Few, Brandon Few and Jenna Bernaer; great grandchildren Shaymiir and Kenzly Few; sister Darlene (Paul) Seib. Relatives and friends Thursday, Dec. 1st from 4-8 PM in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St., Lockport. Funeral services will be held Friday, Dec. 2nd at 11:30 AM in Christ Episcopal Church, 7145 Fieldcrest Dr., Lockport.
