Moncie was born to Oma and Z.T. Pettit in Morganton, Arkansas on October 12, 1938. She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, James T. Wills, her daughters, Wona Chennault and Brenda Garrett, and her son Anthony “Tom” Jones. Other survivors include her grandchildren, Kam Chennault, Christa Bolden, Allen Manning, Jessica Chennault and Hannah Garrett, great-grandchildren, Angel, Brandon, Lauren, Trevor, Ethan, Eli, Bryce, Cade, and Cole. She is preceded in death by her Parents and her son, Jim Thomas Wills and her granddaughter, Carla Manning. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the hospice nurses and staff with Kindred/Gentiva Hospice. Visitation is scheduled at Ashby Funeral Home from 6:00 to 8:00 Pm Monday, November 14, 2022 Graveside services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday at Rosemont Cemetery. Bro Lynn Harris will be officiating.
