Mary Ida Ford, 96, former longtime resident of Milmont Park, PA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at Woodlyn Creek in Dresher, PA. Born and raised in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Julius and Elizabeth Ceraska. She was a former member of Our Lady of Fatima Church in Secane and then later a member of Our Lady of Peace in Milmont Park. Mary retired from IVB bank, she loved going to the beach, and playing the slot machines at the Casino. Along with her parents, Mary was also predeceased by her long term companion Joe Mazzola; late husband, Robert William Ford, Sr. and her sisters, Julia Janyseck, Anne Petraites, and her son-in-law, Charles L. Faust. She is survived by her children, Julianne Faust, Robert (Carol) Ford, Jr., Mary Pat Ford (Hugh Weldon), and Charlotte Ford (Stephen Scolis); grandchildren, Brenda Poen (James), Kevin Faust (Jennifer), and Jennifer Lund (Brian), great-grandchildren; Zac, Ava, Mason, Elle, Reese, and Brady, and Cade. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews. Relatives and Friends are invited to her Funeral Mass, Thursday, December 1 at 10:30am at Our Lady of Peace Church, 501 Belmont Ave., Milmont Park, PA 19033. There will be a viewing from 9:30-10:30am in the church. Burial will follow at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield. In lieu of flowers contributions to Temple Ambler Arboretum Internship Program, 580 Meetinghouse Road, Administration Building, Ambler, PA 19002, Attn: Kathy Salisbury.
