Obituary of Lillian Kressner Please share a memory of Lillian to include in a keepsake book for family and friends. View Tribute Book Lillian Ann Kressner, 89, of Franklin Square, New York was summoned to her final resting place on Monday, December 5, by our Lord. Lillian was born on February 12th , 1933, in Brooklyn, New York. She married her beloved husband Richard Kressner, who proceeded her in death. They both had a magical marriage – loved to travel and spend a lot of time in their Pennsylvania home. They now will be reunited and will have their best dance ever, together. Lillian was a member of the Franklin square Senior Center where she loved to entertain, sing in their events and vacation to various places just to have fun. This is where she met her best friend Barney, they had a wonderful partnership and enjoyed each other’s company immensely. One of Lillian’s favorite pass times was to just sit on her porch and enjoy the gentle breeze with her music in the background and wine in hand. Lillian is survived by her three daughters, Ellen (Mike), Lauralyn (Mitch) and Dyanne (Frank). Lillian through her lifetime had acquired some different names; Diamond Lil, Lilly Bell and of course Mimi. She was a devoted Mimi to her two grandchildren Michael and Pamela and five great grandchildren – Luke, Matthew, Joshua, SJ, and Ella. She will be missed forever by her family and friends. Our hearts are broken but she will be with us always. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 6th between 2-4 and 7-9 at Krauss Funeral home. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
