Leslie’s Obituary Leslie Erhardt Lightfoot, age 96 of Minerva, passed away at Arbors at Minerva on Tuesday, December 6, 2022. Leslie was born in Washington, Pennsylvania on May 25, 1926 to George and Elizabeth (Lang) Lightfoot. Leslie served in the Army during WWII. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Disabled American Veterans, and the American Legion Post #375. He was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles. Leslie enjoyed his work as a heavy equipment mechanic for over 35 years. Leslie is survived by his wife, Patricia (Barge) Lightfoot of Minerva; six daughters: Darlene Fanelli, Bonnie Lightfoot, Shellie Locke, Cindy Earley, Carmie (Robert) Wisenbarger, and Heidi Withers; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a brother, Bill (Margo) Lightfoot. In addition to his parents, Leslie was preceded in death by a sister, Helen McCahen; and two brothers: George Lightfoot and Edwin Lightfoot. Per his request, there will be no services. Read More
