Laura’s Obituary Laura Jean Huff, age 52, of Noble County, IN passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022 at Parkview Randallia Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born on January 31, 1970, the daughter of Marilyn Jean (Jackson) and Thomas P. Goggans in Fort Wayne, IN. She is survived by four children, Megan (Aaron) Berkes-Myers of Indianapolis, IN, Alexandra Berkes of Elkhart, IN, Lucas Berkes of Albion, IN, and Hunter (Fiancé, Michelle) Berkes of New Paris; six grandchildren, Piper Davidson, Ezra Myers, Wyatt Grubb, Jaxon Berkes, and Natahlee Berkes, and Layton Berkes; siblings, Debbie Murray, Tracy Thieme, Thomas Goggans, Robin Urso, Pamela Howard, Ruby Shepherd, Clinton Goggans, Rachel Hile, She preceded in death by her parents; a stillborn son, Andrew Lucas Berkes; and a sister, Cheryl Muench. Laura graduated from Central Noble High School in Albion, IN and worked as a phlebotomist for Parkview Hospital in LaGrange for many years. Laura enjoyed gardening, cycling, hiking, drawing, and loved garage sales. A funeral service will be held in Laura’s honor will be held at 7pm on Monday, November 28, 2022 at Yeager Funeral Home, 1589 Lincolnway South; Ligonier, IN 46767. Pastor Matt Gingerich will officiate. Cremation will take place at Legacy Cremation & Remembrance Center in Ligonier. Family and friends will be received from 5-7 pm on Monday prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family ℅ Yeager Funeral Home.
