Kenneth Dean Phillips, age 63, of Cecil, Arkansas, died, Monday, November 14, 2022, in Cecil. He was born February 3, 1959 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Kenneth was the son of Kelleam Dean and Doris Osborn Phillips. Kenneth was an artist and a sculptor. He enjoyed making art, farming, and traveling. Ken loved the Lord and relied on the Word of God to guide him daily. He is preceded in death by his father and one daughter in law, Debbie Phillips. Kenneth is survived by his wife, Mandy Ingram Phillips; his mother, Doris Phillips of Bossier City, Louisiana; two sons, Jon Phillips and wife Tara and Cary Phillips and wife Erica all of Texas; two step sons, Colton and Mason Haney of Ratcliff, Arkansas; one sister, Pam Reeves and husband Andy of Bossier City; five grandchildren, Alec, Oliver Amelia, Elliott, and Simon; and one step grandchild, Emma. Memorial Visitation Service will be 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Shaffer Funeral Home 2315 West Commercial Street in Ozark, with Brother Randall Qualls officiating.
