Obituary of Joan D. Blair Verona-Joan D. Blair, formerly of Tilden Hill Road passed away peacefully early Sunday morning August 28, 2022 at the age of 84 in the Oneida Health Extended Care Facility where she more recently resided. In keeping with Joan’s wishes there will be no services. Burial will be private for her family. Arrangements are with the Malecki Funeral Home of Vernon.
