View Tribute Book Joan M Burhans, 76, a longtime Red Hook resident, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. Born on October 11, 1946, in Cobleskill, NY, she was the daughter of the late Hugh and Elizabeth (Graves) Pangman. For many years, Joan worked as a secretary and bookkeeper with F & W Concessions based in Rhinecliff, NY. Previously she worked at Jane Knobloch Real Estate. Joan is survived by her son and daughter in law, William & Althea Burhans, III of Germantown, NY; grandson Damion Kalimeras & great grandson Cooper Kalimeras of Rhinebeck, N.Y. along with extended family and friends. Her son, Timothy H Burhans, and her sister, Carol Lehmann predecease her. Funeral services will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of Burnett & White Funeral Homes 7461 S.
