View Tribute Book Jerome Maes, 86 of Cookeville, died Thursday, November 3, 2022 at Signature Healthcare-Putnam County in Algood. A memorial service is being planned. Times will be announced when information becomes available. He was born June 12, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Alfons and Margaret Friestad Maes. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Nordman Maes on January 23, 2002 and son Mark Maes. He was retired from the State of Illinois as a Certified Public Accountant. Jerome moved to Cookeville in 1993. He enjoyed model airplanes. Survivors include daughter Wendy Maes of Monterey, grandchildren: Mariaha Maes and Cory Maes, great-granddaughter Elizabeth Maes.
