She was born in Baltimore, MD to John and Lucille Pence who preceded her in death. She is survived by her Husband of 60 years, Jim Lemmon. Raised in Seneca, Missouri, Jean earned her BSN from Burge School of Nursing in Springfield, MO. Worked from Chicago to Northwest Arkansas doing multiple roles from Charge Nurse in Labor and Delivery to finishing her career as a dialysis nurse. Her career choice and her commitment to being a wife and mother exemplified her nurturing spirit. She enjoyed serving others and was active in PEO. She is survived by her Husband Jim, Daughter Lori Cypher, her husband Mike, tSheir children Becky, Vicky, Rachel, Missouri, Ben, Susie, and Joe Cypher. Her Son Jim Lemmon, his wife Kristy, their children Zach, Cole, Jakob and Lucy Lemmon. There will be a small graveside service Saturday, November, 26th at 2:00PM at the Seneca, MO cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family wishes to honor Jean’s lifelong commitment to nursing by having donations sent in her honor to the Burge Alumni Scholarship Fund, % Cox Health Foundation, 3525 S.
