View Tribute Book Jackie Porter, 69, of Temple, died Sunday, September 25, 2022 at her brother’s home in Cameron. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 29, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6-8:00 pm and Thursday 12:30-2:00 pm at the funeral home. Ms. Porter was born December 17, 1952 in Pasadena to Floyd and Patricia Leona (Sparks) Porter. She owned and operated Jackie’s Dog House, a dog grooming business. She is survived by: Sons Timothy Burton Mueggenborg of Austin Travis Lee Mueggenborg of Burnett Brother Floyd “Russell” Porter & wife Brenda of Cameron Sister Dorothy Jean Hill & husband Mike of Humble 4 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
