Devoted wife of the late Frank Emma (2017). Loving mother of Janice Natoli and her husband Joseph, and the late Frank Emma Jr. (1995). Mother-in-law of Jacqueline Emma. Beloved grandmother of Tracy Emma, Michael Emma and his wife Cara, Kristin Markowski and her husband Matt, and Elizabeth Natoli. Dear great grandmother of Francis, Gabriella, Ava, Audrey, and Violet. Gloria, daughter of Italian immigrants Salvatore and Elisabetta Ferraro, was born in Paterson, NJ on January 25, 1928. She was one of eight siblings. Gloria had a knack for caring for children, and worked as a teacher’s assistant at Echo Glen Nursery School in Totowa, NJ for 20 years. Together, Gloria and her late husband, Frank, loved dancing, socializing, and spending time with their grandchildren. Gloria enjoyed tending to her home and backyard, going for walks at the beach, and reading. Remembered for her youthful energy and sharp humor, Gloria is cherished by all who knew her. Relatives and friends are invited to a visitation at the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, 111 Union Blvd, Totowa, on Monday from 4:00 – 8:00 PM. All are invited to attend the funeral from the Festa Memorial Funeral Home, Tuesday at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass to follow at Holy Angels RC Church, Little Falls at 10:00 AM. Entombment at Laurel Grove Mausoleum, Totowa. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
