Obituary Gerald K. Moyers, 86, went to his eternal home on August 21, 2022. He was a long time member of First Baptist Church Sevierville. He grew up in the lovely mountains of Gatlinburg and owned Moyers Plumbing Company. Gerald also served in the US Army Reserves. Gerald was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Lila Moyers; infant son, Michael Edwin Moyers; brothers, Joel and Paul Moyers; and sister, Charlotte Anne ton. He is survived by his loving wife, Edith, of 65 years; daughter, Nancy Huff (Brian); son, Gary Moyers (Melanie); special granddaughter, Sara Stevens; and great grandson, Rylan Stevens; and many other grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to First Baptist Church Sevierville Helping Hands Ministry at 317 Parkway, Sevierville, TN. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 27, 2022, between the hours of 4:00 and 6:00 pm, at Rawlings Funeral Home, 716 Eastgate Road, Sevierville, TN.
