Obituary of Gary Claude Raynes Mr. Gary Claude Raynes, age 67 of Hendersonville, Tennessee passed away on August 4, 2022 at TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center. Gary was born on December 29, 1954 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Claude Raynes and Louise Presley Raynes. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Marianne Wood Raynes; children, Jason Raynes (Tandy), Brian Raynes, Jeremy Raynes (Shaunna), Jennifer Raynes (Joachim Detlefsen), and Patrick Raynes; grandchildren, Skyler, Jaycee, Jacob, Nevan, Kara, Maggie, Ava, River, Ellie, and fur baby Bella; sister, Sherry Sue Williams. Along with his parents, Gary was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Dean Raynes. A funeral mass will be held Wednesday, August 10th at 11:00 AM at Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Madison, Tennessee with Father Jean Baptiste officiating. Interment will follow the mass at Beech Historic Cemetery in Hendersonville, Tennessee with Brian Raynes, Mark Wood, Craig Wood, Eric Wood, Brad Sain, and Jamie Haygood serving as pallbearers. Visitation with the family will be Monday, August 8th from 4:00-8:00 PM and Tuesday, August 9th from 4:00-8:00 PM at Sellars Funeral Home in Hendersonville, Tennessee.
