Obituary Frances Carbocci passed away peacefully Saturday, November 26 in Kirksville Missouri. She was born July 29, 1929 in Bronx NY. to Nunzio and Felicia Sanzaro. She was preceded in death by husband Wallace Carbocci. Frances attended PS 49 in Bronx, NY, and graduated Summa cumlaude. Frances is survived by her 5 sons, Gary and (Diane) of St James NY, Stephan of Kill Devil Hills NC, Gregory and (Dolores) of Poquot NY, Dennis and (Pamela) of Kirksville, Jeffrey of Kirksville, her brother Caesar and wife Carol Sanzaro, her loving grandchildren Michael, Kate, Jessica Shannon, Bryce and Nicole Carbocci, great grandchildren Micheal Owen, Lilliana Carbocci, and many nieces and nephews. Frances was a devout Catholic and a parishioner of Mary Immaculate Catholic Church in Kirksville. She was a Eucharistic minister at her church in Florida. Frances worked for the Suffolk County Dept. of Social Services child welfare division for many years. Frances also served as a surrogate mother for the many friends of her 5 sons. She enjoyed cooking for family and friends, and was artistic and painted with oil, acrylics and watercolors. Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church, 716 E Washington St. Kirksville. MO. 63501.
