Evelyn’s Obituary Evelyn D. Renehan, 97 of Monroe Township died Friday October 21st at the Monroe village Health Care Center, Monroe Township. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Mrs. Renehan lived in Bethpage and Huntington, NY, and the Rossmoor community in Monroe Township for 10 years before moving to the Monroe Village community in 2011. She enjoyed swimming and in her youth participating in a bowling league. Mrs. Renehan was predeceased by her husband Donald R. Renehan in 2009, her daughter Cecelia Renehan, her sister Eleanor Harris and her brother Russell Page. Surviving are her son Kevin Renehan and his fiancé Pat of Princeton, her daughter Donna Ruina and her husband Paul of Ambler, PA, her six grandchildren Brian Ruina, Lorie Ruina Unger (Dennis), Lauren Winstanley, Karyn Renehan Sobrevilla (Fernando), Amy Smith (Nicholas) and Brett Ruina (Kristen) and eleven great grandchildren. A family gathering will be held on Sunday October 30th from 2-4 p.m. at the Lester Memorial Home. Donations in the name of Mrs. Renehan may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society at www.ills.org.
