Edward “Ed”‘s Obituary Edward Charles “Ed” Crouch, 84, of Farmington passed away December 7, 2022, at his residence. He was born May 3, 1938, in Elvins, MO to the late Orville Howard and Ruth Virginia (Dalton) Crouch. Ed proudly served his country in the United States Navy, retiring after 20 years of service. He attended the First Baptist Church of Farmington. Ed served the City of Farmington for 22 years. Initially, as the first full time fire fighter, then he transferred to the East Waste Water Treatment Plant where he became supervisor. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his grandson and sidekick, Tyler Harris, and three siblings, Fred Crouch, Melba Rhodes and Doris Bradley. Ed is survived by his wife of 44 years, Joyce (Meador) Crouch; one daughter, Coralea “Corrie” Stevens and husband Dean; one son, Dwayne Crouch; three grandchildren, Caleb Harris, Eli Stevens and Teagan Stevens. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Visitation will be held Monday, December 12, 2022, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home – Taylor Chapel in Farmington. Visitation will resume on Tuesday, December 13, at 9:00 AM with the service following at 11:00 AM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son – Taylor Chapel with Rev. Roger Hogan officiating assisted by Rev. Greg Robinson. Interment will follow at Hillview Memorial Gardens in Farmington. Memorials may be directed to Farmington First Baptist “Capital Campaign” or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
