Gene Bullington, Jr. Duncan, SC Earl “Gene” Eugene Bullington, Jr. 76 passed away on Monday, November 28, 2022. Born in Spartanburg, he was the son of the late Earl Eugene Bullington, Sr. and Myrtle Mae Cummings Bullington and the husband of Patricia Eva Poteat Bullington. He was a veteran of the US Army. Survivors also include two sons, Henry David Bullington and Frankie Gene Bullington; two daughters, Marion “Kathy” Kathleen Burnett and Christina Johnson and husband, Jason; three sisters, Betty Gail Bullington, Janice Bullington and Diane Jarrett; six grandchildren, Kinedie Leighanna Guest, Ricky Bullington, Deidrea Sumblin, Jonathan Burnett, Evan Bullington, and Jeremiah Johnson; and eleven great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, William Bullington; and a brother, Francis Ray Bullington. Funeral service will be held at 2PM on Friday, December 09, 2022 at MJ Dolly Cooper Veteran Cemetery.
