Dennis James Lemanski, age 78 of Dearborn, passed away Friday, September 16, 2022 at his home, under hospice care, with his family by his side. He was born on March 27, 1944 in Harbor Beach to the late Sylvester and Clara (Pawlowski) Lemanski. Dennis served in the US Army and went overseas for over a year to Vietnam. He and Jean Clor were united in marriage on November 20, 1965 at Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church. Dennis worked as a machinist for almost 39 years for Detroit Diesel. He was an avid outdoorsman, as he enjoyed, camping, hunting and fishing. He enjoyed collecting antiques and was a true Patriot. Dennis is survived by his wife Jean Lemanski, his son Travis (Camille) Lemanski, and 4 granddaughters: Gabriella, Gianna, Julia, and Aleksandra. Funeral Mass for Dennis will be Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 11:30 am at Our Lady of Lake Huron Catholic Church, of the Holy Name of Mary Parish, with Fr. Kevin Wojciechowski officiating. Burial will follow in the OLLH Church Cemetery. Visitation for Dennis will be on Tuesday, from 4-8pm at the Ramsey Funeral Home of Harbor Beach. Visitation on Wednesday will be at the church, beginning at 10 am until time of services at 11:30am. Military honors will be given at the cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Gary Sinise Foundation, or the Hereditary Neuropathy Foundation. Memories can be shared at www.RamseyFH.com
